🚚 OddOneOut Shipping Policy

OddOneOut (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates www.oddoneout.in.
 By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies set clear expectations for shipping, protect both parties, and ensure transparency at every stage of your order.

1️⃣ General Terms

  • All orders are subject to stock availability. While we maintain accurate inventory, occasional discrepancies may occur.

    • If an item is out of stock after your purchase, we will ship available items and dispatch the remainder when restocked, or issue a refund if the item cannot be sourced.

  • All products undergo quality checks and are securely packed before dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Verify your shipping address, email, and contact number before checkout.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday only. No shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.

  • All shipments are dispatched from our Bangalore, India warehouse.

  • ⛔ Force Majeure Disclaimer: OddOneOut is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions).

2️⃣ Pre-Order Items

  • Items marked Pre-order will ship once they arrive at our warehouse.

  • Pre-order payments are charged at checkout and cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Pre-orders typically dispatch in 20–25 working days.

3️⃣ Shipping Policy

We work exclusively with trusted courier partners for domestic and international deliveries.
 If a courier cannot service a location, we may ship via Government Registered Parcel services.

  • Product Prices: All website prices include GST.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, volume, and destination.

  • Shipping Charges Estimate - You can calculate approx shipping cost at the final cart by entering country, state and pincode. 

  • Right to Adjust Fees: OddOneOut may adjust or waive shipping fees for promotions or based on order value.

🇮🇳 Shipping for Indian Customers

✅ Free Shipping for orders above ₹2,999.
 ✅ Orders below ₹2,999 incur a flat ₹150 fee.
 ✅ Orders are shipped via Delhivery, Bluedart, and other trusted couriers.
 ✅ Delivery generally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
 ✅ Pre-order items take 20–25 working days to ship.
 ✅ Orders above ₹4,000 may be partially shipped — we dispatch ready products first rather than holding the entire order.

🌍 Shipping for International Customers

✅ We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, and ShipGlobal
 ✅ We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses
✅ Shipping costs are visible at checkout.
 ✅ Pre-orders take 20–25 working days to dispatch.
 ✅ International orders are shipped only when all items are ready.

Customs & Duties Disclaimer:

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Our courier partners may pre-pay duties on your behalf; you may have to settle them directly upon delivery.

  • Refunds will not be issued for packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes.

4️⃣ Packaging

  • We use high-quality and secure packaging to ensure items reach you safely.

  • Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly/recyclable materials and may reuse shipping boxes for sustainability. Packaging style may vary based on item size and courier requirements.

5️⃣ Address Changes

  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch by emailing us from your registered OddOneOut account.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, no address changes are possible.

6️⃣ Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you by us or our shipping partner.

  • Tracking details also appear under My Orders in your OddOneOut account.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking systems to update after courier pickup.

7️⃣ Delivery & In-Transit Terms

✅ Out of Stock Items

  • If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (5–10 working days to reflect).

✅ Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. OddOneOut is not liable for courier delays.

✅ Damaged Parcels

  • If your package is visibly damaged, reject delivery and contact us immediately by raising a ticket.

✅ Lost Parcels

  • If your order is lost, we’ll open an investigation with the courier.

  • A refund or replacement will be processed only due diligence and after courier confirmation.

✅ Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t been received, notify us within 24 hours at customercare@oddoneout.in.

  • We will coordinate with the courier and try to resolve it at the earliest is possible.

✅ Delivery Attempt Failures

  • Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If undelivered due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal, the package will return to us.

    • Re-shipping fees will apply.

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

✅ Incorrect/Incomplete Address Disclaimer

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address will require additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.

✅ Signature on Delivery (Selective)

  • High-value orders may require signature on delivery for security.

✅ Liability Disclaimer

  • OddOneOut is not liable for any indirect loss, consequential damages, or additional costs (e.g., missed events, inconvenience) caused by delays, failed deliveries, or courier issues.

✅ Service Restrictions

  • OddOneOut reserves the right to refuse shipping to addresses we believe pose a fraud risk or where our courier partners cannot safely deliver.

8️⃣ Raising a Ticket / Contacting Us

  • To report an issue (lost parcel, damaged product, wrong delivery), email customercare@oddoneout.in with the following:

    • Order Number

    • Issue Description

    • Clear Photos (if parcel is damaged)

  • We aim to respond to all shipping-related emails within 24–48 business hours.
