Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that does not fit. If you order the same model again in a different color or size, we can ensure that you can keep any discount that may have been granted on the original order. Processing takes 24–48 hours, then shipping is 2–5 days (metros) and 3–7 days (non-metros). Festivals or sale periods and weekends may add slight delays. However, one can choose for Express Delivery by paying a nominal charge.

Yes, we deliver to select countries via reputed couriers partners like DHL, Fedex etc. Duties/taxes may apply per local laws and are payable by the recipient.
