Q: What is Odd One Out?
 A: Odd One Out is a slow fashion label for women who don’t fit the mold — and don’t want to. We create bold, non-linear clothing in small batches, made for reinvention and unapologetic self-expression.

Q: What does “nonlinear fashion” mean?

A: It means we don’t follow fashion calendars or trends. Our collections are fluid, intentional, and designed for women whose lives aren’t lived in straight lines.

Q: Are your clothes sustainably made?
 A: Yes. We produce in small, mindful quantities using low-waste techniques and natural fabrics whenever possible. No overproduction, no fluff — just pieces that matter.

Q: Where are your clothes made?
 A: All our garments are made in India, in ethical facilities that prioritize fair wages, safe conditions, and craftsmanship over speed.

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?

A: Absolutely. We use minimal, recyclable, and reusable materials — because thoughtful fashion shouldn’t come wrapped in waste.

Q: What kind of fits can I expect?
 A: We lean toward relaxed, oversized, and layered silhouettes. Our clothes are made to move with you — emotionally and physically.

Q: I’m new to bold fashion. Will it suit me?
 A: 100%. Our pieces are made for evolving identities. Whether you’re dressing quiet or loud, there’s something for every version of you.

Q: Are your drops limited?
 A: Yes. We don’t mass-produce. Once a style sells out, it may not come back. Odd is rare — and we keep it that way.

Q: Can I gift an Odd One Out piece?
 A: Yes — we offer digital gift cards and handwritten notes on request. Let us know who you're celebrating.

Shipping & Returns policy

Within India

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

If you receive a damaged package or a delivery confirmation message but have not received your order, please inform us within 12 hours at +91-95121 00008 or write to us at customercare@oddoneout.in

Outside India

We offer shipping on all orders outside India as well. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your delivery address. Please allow 15-20 days time for delivery of your chosen products 

Returns & exchange policy 

We have strict quality control measures in place to avoid product defects.

All items are thoroughly checked for quality and go through an extensive visual audit before shipping.In a rare event, if you receive a product that is not as per product description, please contact customer care immediately at customercare@oddoneout.in or Whatsapp us on +91-95121 00008.

In shooting our product, we take the utmost care to accurately represent the colors, styling, and details of the garment. However, we understand that there may be minor differences within computers in how the garment is presented. Please do keep this in mind when purchasing products on our website.

Items purchased at full price qualify for a return (refund against store credit) or exchange if:

  • Communicated within 3 days of receipt of the package
  • Item is returned with all labels and tags attached in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse a return on garments after 3 days from receipt or items not in the same condition as you received them in.

Items purchased on sale, discounted, or using promotional codes are not eligible for a refund. These may however be exchanged.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours from purchase so long as the item has not yet been shipped.

Refund will be issued within 7-15 days in the format of store credit.

No returns or COD and customizations

We are unable to offer exchanges or returns against orders shipping outside India

We are unable to offer exchanges or returns against swimwear, bodysuits or intimate wear. Please be sure of your size when making a purchase.

We are unable offer exchanges or returns against products purchased on discount.
